University Lecturers for Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)

For the 2026–2027 academic year, we are seeking online lecturers and academic collaborators with solid expertise in Business Administration and Management, capable of delivering high-quality teaching within our MBA program.

We especially welcome applications from candidates accredited by ANECA or equivalent quality assurance agencies, who demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence and innovation in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage online teaching within MBA modules.
• Monitor and support student learning and academic progress.
• Supervise and assess Master’s Final Projects (TFM) and participate in evaluation committees.
• Design, oversee, and grade assessments and examinations.
• Continuously update course content to reflect current business trends and practices.
• Integrate digital tools and innovative methodologies into teaching.
• Participate in academic coordination meetings.
• Collaborate in faculty activities, academic events, and institutional initiatives.
• Contribute to research projects and teaching innovation, as well as dissemination of results.
